Request a free copy of our existing English DVDs (#1 and #2 - Becky Kuhn, M.D. HIV/AIDS lectures; and/or #3 - selected Cass Mann/Danny West lectures). Global Lifeworks will make a limited number of free DVDs available at no charge while supplies last. Confirmed employees of not-for-profits and health care providers will receive priority in DVD allocation. Global Lifeworks will determine who is eligible to receive a free DVD in its exclusive discretion.
Ask to be notified when future videos or DVDs in any language (or specific language(s)) become available. When we make new videos or DVDs in the languages you specify, we will let you know.
Making this request will opt you in to our email list of people who have requested our DVDs or asked to be kept informed about future videos and DVDs. We will infrequently send emails to some or all members of that list announcing the availability of new videos and DVDs. You will be able to opt out of the mailing list at any time using the link provided in every email. You can give us guidance about which languages you're interested in videos and DVDs for using the language checkboxes on the below form. All our DVDs are freely copyable and reusable for non-commercial purposes under the Creative Commons "Attribution - Non-commercial - No Derivatives" license. If you can copy DVDs, please request a single copy and make your own copies. If you request multiple copies, please explain why you need them and how they will be used.
