If you are in the developed world and want DVDs, or if you are in the developing world and can afford to pay for them, please order HIV/AIDS DVDs with a credit card. Free DVDs are reserved for those in the developing world who are unable to pay for them by any other means.

Using this form, you can:

• Request a free copy of our existing DVDs. Global Lifeworks will make a limited number of free DVDs available at no charge while supplies last. Confirmed employees of developing world not-for-profits and health care providers will receive priority in DVD allocation. Global Lifeworks will determine who is eligible to receive a free DVD in its exclusive discretion.
• Ask to be notified when future videos or DVDs in any language (or specific language(s)) become available. When we make new videos or DVDs in the languages you specify, we will let you know.

Making this request will opt you in to our email list of people who have requested our DVDs or asked to be kept informed about future videos and DVDs. We will infrequently send emails to some or all members of that list announcing the availability of new videos and DVDs. You will be able to opt out of the mailing list at any time using the link provided in every email. You can tell us which languages you're interested in using the checkboxes below. Our email list is powered by MailChimp and is CAN-SPAM compliant.

All our DVDs are freely copyable and reusable for non-commercial purposes under the Creative Commons "Attribution - No Derivatives" license. If you can copy DVDs, please request a single copy and make your own copies. If you request multiple copies, please explain why you need them and how they will be used. • Becky Kuhn, M.D. DVD #4 contains all of our scripted English video lectures
• AIDS 2012 DVD #5 contains most of Becky Kuhn, M.D.'s lectures on HIV/AIDS and translations of "Introduction to HIV/AIDS," "Preventing Mother-to-Child Transmission of HIV," "Primary HIV Symptoms," and "AIDS Symptoms" into various languages.
